MEET THE SR-1
The SR-1 is a safety robot system designed to enable collaborative robot operation in industrial environments — without requiring a new robot, a cobot platform, or changes to your existing automation. It uses 3D time-of-flight sensing to monitor the workspace in real time, detect human presence at a distance, and direct any robot to slow or stop based on proximity. The result is a safety-rated shared workspace that meets ISO 10218, ANSI/RIA R15.06, and PLd Category 3 requirements.
SR-1 is the first fenceless safety system to achieve UL 1740 certification with PLd Category 3 validated through ISO 13849 methodology. Heavy industrial robots and people can now share the same workspace, certified to the highest performance level for collaborative robot safety.
